Together, we are creating a brighter future. Join us in creating a lasting impact — one life, one community at a time.
The Chosen Foundation is dedicated to uplifting communities through compassion, education, and sustainable initiatives. Our mission is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling, independent lives by providing opportunities to attain their fullest potential.
Founded by two mothers raising children with developmental disabilities, Chosen Foundation grew from a shared vision to create the supportive and compassionate community they wished existed for every family on a similar journey. Inspired by a mother's love, hope, and determination, they built an organization that sees beyond diagnoses and recognizes the strengths, abilities, and potential within every individual.
We believe limitations do not define individuals with developmental disabilities, but by their strengths, possibilities, and potential. Together with the families who stand by them, we are building a community where every life matters, every ability has value, and every journey deserves support.
“The name Chosen Foundation reflects our belief that every individual is special, and that the families who walk beside them play an equally important role.”
Through advocacy, education, and comprehensive support services, we strive to dismantle barriers and foster a community where those of different abilities are celebrated and valued.
